A creative force with unstoppable momentum, Delaney recently stepped into a full-time shooting role—and hasn’t looked back. She specializes in food, product and lifestyle photography – and her visionary style continues to wow both clients and the OMS team. In 2024, she earned global recognition as the International Food Photographer – Claire Aho Female Photographer of the Year.

A recent member of the OMS family, Leigh has hit the ground running. Specializing in medical, lifestyle and product photography, Leigh is our go-to-gal for capturing people in the moment. With a solutions-oriented attitude, she is able to adapt to any situation with confidence and grace.

As one of OMS’s longest-serving shooters, Anna has been an essential part of the team for over 15 years. Her expertise shines in food and drink photography, with standout clients like Kroger, P&G, UDF, Steak ‘n Shake, and many more. Clients love working with Anna for her cool, calm demeanor—even when the pressure’s on.

With over 20 years at OMS, Lisa began her career as a photographer before channeling her talent into becoming one of the top photo retouchers in the industry. Specializing in product, food, and people (she’s a true master of skin retouching), Lisa collaborates closely with our photographers to craft images that are nothing short of extraordinary.

Nancy Armstrong
The powerhouse producer behind the scenes.
Nancy is OMS’s in-house producer and the driving force behind hundreds of successful shoots. She began her journey as a photographer at our P&G studio and holds a degree in photography—making her a true Swiss Army knife when it comes to understanding both the technical and production sides of a project. With a can-do attitude and calm confidence, Nancy tackles every challenge with ease and is a trusted partner to both our team and our clients.
Ella Calhoun
Ella is the glue behind the scenes.
As OMS’s Production Assistant, Ella jumps in wherever she’s needed—keeping projects moving and the team supported every step of the way. From organizing shoot logistics to lending a hand on set, she brings energy, adaptability, and a sharp eye for detail. She may be early in her career, but she’s already become an essential part of the OMS crew.
Darlene Caudill
The heartbeat of OMS, our darling Darlene.
A longtime member of the OMS family, Darlene keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes with unmatched dedication and care. As our trusted admin, she’s the first friendly face you see and the steady hand that keeps things organized and running smoothly. Her deep knowledge of the company and unwavering support make her an invaluable part of the team—and we’re lucky to have her.
